ArtEcoLogis takes every measure to ensure the viability and safety of your build project.
We undertake several studies, before and after the construction of your home, which are carried out by specialist agencies. These studies, and the resulting certificates, protect you from risks in purchasing land and building your dream home. Studies include:
- Ground study
Before you build on a plot of land, you need to know that the earth on which you will construct is safe and suitable for building: The ground study certificate confirms that your land is safe for constructing on. You will receive a copy of the certificate.
- Seismic study
Earthquakes, and even earth tremors, can devastate buildings, leaving them in need of major renovations. Through a technical expert, we issue a seismic certificate, which confirms that your house will not collapse in the event of a disturbance. The certificate guarantees that you are insured against any damage caused by seismic activity. Please, note that the ‘Haute Savoie’ department is classified ‘seismic’, so this study is mandatory for the underwriter’s insurance.
- Ecological verification
As mentioned in our guarantees section, ArtEcoLogis houses conform to RT 2005, which promotes energy-saving measures for an ecologically-friendly house. An independent third party, Vivrélec, inspects and issues the certificate of conformity on completion of your house.
