Your contract with ArtEcoLogis guarantees you total peace of mind.
When you come to sign the contract for the construction of your house, you will be presented with a document divided into two parts:
|
1. General contract
The general contract sets out the legal norms for construction in France, which are enshrined in article L231 of French Law. ArtEcoLogis complies fully with all aspects of L231.

2. Specific contract
The specific contract details the technical specifications of your home. Within this part of the contract several guarantees of assurance are given, which include:
- Conformity with CMI RT 2005 – this 2002 European Directive sets out an integrated methodology for calculating the energy performance of a building. A certificate of conformity is issued upon the completion of your home confirming that your house is ecologically sound, in accordance with CMI RT 2005.
- A fixed price for your home – A fixed price covering all contract aspects of the construction is assured. Amendments (avenants) to this price only occur if additional items, or items costlier than those specified on contract, are requested.
- A fixed delivery time – ArtEcoLogis agrees a delivery time with the insurance underwriters, based on a calculation of 9 months design and build time, plus contingencies of weather delays and any additional work added after the date of contract’s signature. A date is set, and if the construction is not complete on that day, the underwriter will then ensure that the completion of the project is carried out without delay, with financial penalties awarded to ArtEcoLogis.
