Over the past two decades, ArtEcoLogis has established strong working relationships with a number of banks and financial institutions operating in the region, including La Genevoise, Banque Populaire, Credit Agricole de Haute Savoie, Crédit Foncier and Caisse d’ Epargne.
We have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in place with all of our financial partners. This works on the principle that ArtEcoLogis prepares a robust financial plan of each project, on behalf of a client, which in turn enables the banks to evaluate the risk involved, and to make a mortgage offer to the client, at a favorable interest rate.
ArtEcoLogis in no way profits from these arrangements. It simply helps us, to help our clients, achieve a smooth and financially viable solution to financing their home.
