ArtEcoLogis offers a completely bespoke 'design and build' service, creating a house as big - or as little - as you desire. However, we do have guidelines that indicate price-per-square-metres, allowing you to establish an estimated budget.
The price guidelines on the exemples below are not fixed and may vary, but they do give you an approximate idea of the size of house you can expect for a specified budget. Prices are based on the construction of houses with materials designated in the contract. Should you choose different materials, the house price increase, or decrease, accordingly.
All estimated prices exclude the cost of land.
Example 1: Haute-Savoie-style bungalow
Approximately 100,000 euros = 95 m2 habitable area
Bungalow, garage on lower level, exterior woodwork in white aluminium, silver-trimmed double glazing, wooden shutters with tarmac garage entrance, 30m2 terrace and with the label RT2000.
Example 2: Modern eco-house
Environ 175,000 euros = 160 m2 de surface habitable
Over two levels, rain-water collector, geothermal heating, automatic shutters, external woodwork in aluminium , 2 bathrooms, electric garage door, traditional-style roof with 1 metre overhang, rain-water collector.
Example 3: Contemporary chalet
Environ 200,000 euros = 150 m2 de surface habitable
Over two levels, mezzanine, master bathroom, electric shutters, woodwork in aluminium, cellar, large living area, American-style kitchen, 2 balconies, traditional roof, wooden overhang of roof of 4 metres, Label RT2000.
Example 4: Relaxed, traditional residence, two buildings
Environ 270,000 euros = 160 m2 de surface habitable
Over two levels, mezzanine, master bathroom, electric shutters, woodwork in aluminium, cellar, large windows (3m80), spacious living area, kitchen, large entrance hall, American-style garage, Label RT2005.
Example 5: The lake house
Environ 290,000 euros = 200 m2 de surface habitable
Over two buildings, three split levels, mezzanine, master bathroom, three bathrooms, electric shutters, woodwork in white aluminium, wooden shutters, cellar, spacious living area, kitchen, large entrance hall, American-style garage, 8m x 4m swimming pool, 300m2 paved terrace, centralised domotic system, label RT2005.
