ArtEcoLogis is not a real estate agent, but we do seek out opportunities to broker the sale of land to our customers.
We do not make any profit on the sale of land, we simply help to coordinate the sale: assisting you in dealing with the land seller, notary and the local community’s administration centre, such as the ‘Mairie’, or town hall.
Our only stipulation in the land-buying process is that the land you purchase through ArtEcoLogis is used to build your home with us.
We have property opportunities right across the Haute Savoie region. Take a look at our property locater, which lists the current plots we have available for sale, or sign up for our property alert email, which will automatically send you details of new plots of land that become available in the sub-regions you are interested in.
It is also important to note that ArtEcoLogis will build on land that you have purchased by other means.
